Blini (Russian pancakes)

You can call them Blini (and not bliniS : because in russian this is one blin, two blini, i means male plural) or pancakes, who cares? this is the same thing, in the US you will eat them with erable syrup, or marmelade, but try this: cheese spread +chive, and let me know :)

Another good way to eat scrambled eggs is with Roquefort cheese, on toasts, with salad
